Transportation

There are a few options for getting to campus from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, all of which are available at the airport terminals. Google Maps is extremely helpful, and it can offer up-to-date public transit times and more.

Metro Transit: The northbound Blue Line train stops at the MSP airport terminals 1 and 2. At the U.S. Bank Stadium Station stop, transfer to the eastbound Green Line train to St. Paul. Exit the train at the West Bank Station platform, and Middlebrook Hall is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The fare is normally $1.75, but it increases to $2.25 during rush hour periods, from 6-9 a.m. and 3-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday).

SuperShuttle is available from the airport directly to the dorms.

Taxi service at Terminal 1 is accessible via the Tram Level (Level T). Signs direct passengers one level up to the taxi starter booth, where airport staff will assist passengers in obtaining a taxi. At Terminal 2, taxi service is available at the Ground Transport Center, on the ground level of the Purple Ramp directly across from the terminal building.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m, we recommend you take Lyft or Uber from the airport to the residence halls.

Lyft should pick you up from Terminal 1 on Level 2 of the Green Parking Ramp, above the transportation center. Pick up from Terminal 2 is available from the Ground Transport Center, on the ground level of the Purple parking ramp.
